One hour sessions can include a combination of the following:

Organ and Bodily System Evaluation
Includes identifying which system or organs are the priority that the bodymind wants and checks for the treatments of choice:  nutrition, acupressure, emotion, structure, herbal, homeopathic, detox and allergy.

Chakra, Meridian, Energetic Evaluation
 Identifies what is needed to bring complete balance or healing in the energy system.  Essential oils, energetic healing, and flower remedies are utilized as needed as well as color and sound healing and hands on.

Counseling and Spiritual/Energetic Healing 
Bodymind or body-centered psychotherapy can be used  as a approach in itself, or in combination with the above.  All the latest research shows that when a person is working with a therapist who is truly in touch with them from a heart to heart, or right brain to right brain connection, and when the body is used as a source of information, the deepest and longest lasting healing happens.

Custom Supplement Programs
Evaluate every supplement you are taking and determine if it is beneficial, in what quantity, for how long, when to take it etc.  Many of the products that are in theory good for you are not always the best choice due to the bodymind's own priority system in its healing tasks and support desired to be of maximum benefit.  Tailoring each supplement program to the exact specifications of the bodymind is beneficial because it lessens the stress on the bodymind when what is not needed is omitted, and, it saves your pocketbook of unnecessary purchases.  It can easily be done in half an hour. Additional supplements may be added if seen as appropriate and needed.

EFT Streaming Session 
EFT clears energy, emotions and beliefs and is easy, gentle, insightful tool you can learn to use.

Long Distance Evaluation and Healing
When it is not possible to see Shakti in person, or if you prefer it's possible to do any of the above services/modalities by phone or Skype.

Session Fees

One hour sessions are $120. Sliding scale is available.  Cash, check or credit cards are accepted. If you need to cancel, please call and give twenty four hour notice so there will be no charge for the missed appointment. Otherwise there will be the full charge.  

Shakti also takes medicare and private insurance for psychotherapy services.  Most naturopathic care is not covered by insurance.

If you need to pay on a sliding scale please discuss it with her at the time of service or before when you make the appointment.
